Les Deux Salons, London
One of many projects realised with renowned interior designers Martin Brudnizki Design Studio. Reclaimed opaline lights salvaged from a Norman church in Cornwall were utilised as the key feature for Michelin–starred duo Anthony Demetre and Will Smiths two–floor Grand Parisian brasserie in Covent Garden, London. The feel is very much of a traditional brasserie on the Boulevard Montparnasse in Paris — busy, bustling and French.
