Original nautical standing lamps. These statement floor lights comprise of 1920s brass oil lamps mounted on 'Scopas' sculptor modelling stands by British designer and manufacturer Alec Tiranti Ltd. Supplied with 2m of contrasting olive green cable.

Restoration

The nautical spot lights have been refurbished and reassembled by hand, with an antique polished brass enclosure that features airflow perforations to the side and rear. A new etched glass screen has been fitted and provides an even glow and diffuses the light when illuminated. The new polished aluminium bracket allows the lights to be rotated a full 360 degrees, angled and locked in position. The collapsible stand has lacquered steel legs and brass supports, with a polished aluminium and brass mounting plate that features cast manufacturers detailing.

Supplied tested and rewired with three metres of olive green braided cable, a new screw (E27) lamp holder, foot switch and plug.
