TJX Europe industrial lighting
Home to the TK Maxx and Homesense brands, TJX Europe’s new sustainably-minded Watford Campus has been adorned with a large run of our vintage decorative opaline pendants.
A collaboration between Sheppard Robson and ID:SR, the new European headquarters of TJX brings together around 1,500 employees. Sustainability was a key driver for the project, as was creating healthy spaces that boost productivity. This approach can be seen throughout the building with visible design elements such as our restored vintage lights - converted with the latest LED technology (seen here in the canteen area) - and more subtle operational features behind the scenes. With agility in mind, important in minimising future energy consumption, the space consists of comfortable yet eclectic workspaces that can easily be reconfigured to adapt to future changes in working style.
